Terms of Service
By using the MyWeb.am service you agree to the following terms.
1. Service description
MyWeb.am provides web hosting services, including WordPress hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, and related services.
2. Account and registration
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for the security of your password.
- One person may have multiple accounts, but must not create accounts in another person's name without their consent.
3. Payment and guarantee
- Hosting services are billed monthly or yearly.
- New hosting plans are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee.
- Domain registrations are non-refundable.
- If payment is overdue, the service will be suspended.
4. Prohibited uses
The following may not be hosted or distributed on our service:
- Illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content.
- Malware, viruses, phishing pages.
- Spam email or bulk unsolicited messages.
- Content that infringes copyright.
- Child pornography or content promoting violence.
- Resource abuse (cryptomining, acting as a DDoS source, etc.).
In case of a violation we reserve the right to immediately suspend or delete the account without refund.
5. Service availability
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service during scheduled maintenance, force-majeure events, or third-party outages.
6. Data backups
MyWeb.am performs automated backups, but we strongly recommend you also keep your own backups. We are not liable for data loss.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability cannot exceed the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Right to change terms
We reserve the right to change these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the changes.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
