We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This document describes what data we collect and how we use it.
1. What data we collect
MyWeb.am collects the following information:
- Account data: first name, last name, email, phone number, password (hashed).
- Payment data: processed directly by payment systems (Ameria, Evoca, IDram, Telcell). We do not store card numbers.
- Site usage data: IP address, browser, device, sign-in and activity timestamps.
- Hosting data: domains and files stored in your hosting account.
2. How we use your data
- Delivering the service (hosting, domain registration, payment processing).
- Account management and security.
- Providing technical support.
- Sending important notifications (payment reminders, service updates).
- Improving the service (anonymous analytics via Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrika).
3. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell your data. Data is shared only in the following cases:
- Payment systems: Ameria Bank, Evoca Bank, IDram, Telcell - for payment processing.
- Domain registrars: WHOIS data required to register a domain.
- Cloudflare: for DDoS protection and CDN services.
- Legal requirements: when required by the law of the Republic of Armenia.
4. Your rights
As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- Access your data and receive a copy.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your account and data (the "right to be forgotten").
- Opt out of marketing communications.
- Receive your data in a portable format (JSON/CSV).

5. Data retention period
Data is retained for as long as necessary to deliver the service. After your account is deleted, personal data is removed within 30 days, with the exception of financial records that are legally required to be retained.
