MyWeb.am offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new hosting plans. If within the first 30 days you decide the service does not meet your needs, we will refund the full amount you paid.
How to request a refund

- Include your account email and the reason for the refund.
- We will process your request within 3 business days.
- Once approved, the amount is returned via your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Exceptions
The money-back guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
- Domain registration. Domains carry non-refundable fees charged by the registrars.
- Renewed/extended accounts. The guarantee applies only to the first purchase.
- Terms violation. If the account has breached our terms of service.
