Website Won't Load: What to Check

Check #1. Our status page

Open myweb.am/status. If there is a widespread incident, it will be reported there.

Check #2. Website status

Look at your main dashboard. If the site shows as "Disabled" or "Suspended", the reason could be:

  • An unpaid invoice - review your billing history
  • Manually turned off - click "Re-enable" in the self-service section
  • An administrative suspension (for example, excessive resource usage) - contact support

Check #3. WordPress errors

If the site shows a white screen or "There has been a critical error":

  • Plugin conflict. Log in to cPanel → File Manager, go to /public_html/wp-content/plugins/ and temporarily rename the plugins folder
  • Theme error. Do the same for /wp-content/themes/ and activate the default theme
  • PHP memory limit. Edit wp-config.php and add define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

Check #4. DNS routing

If your own domain (.com, .am, etc.) does not open the site but the subdomain works, the problem is in your DNS routing. Read "How to point your domain".
