How the Billing Cycle Works

Plan types

MyWeb.am offers 3 plans × 2 billing cycles:

  • Starter / Turbo / Super
  • Monthly (30 days) or Yearly (365 days, 17% discount)

next_billing_day

Every website has a next_billing_day - the date of its next payment. It starts from the creation date + 14 days (trial) → first payment date, and then recurs every 30 or 365 days.

Payment methods

  1. By card - Evoca Bank, Ameria Bank (Visa/Mastercard) or Idram, Telcell
  2. From your balance - if you have enough funds in your MyWeb account
  3. Autopay - if you have set up a saved card, the amount is charged automatically on the billing date

If a payment is missed

If the invoice is not paid on next_billing_day:

  • +0 days. The site moves to "pending" status and you receive an email notification
  • +3 days. A second notification
  • +7 days. The site is suspended (files are preserved but not accessible to visitors)
  • +30 days. The site is automatically deleted if the invoice is still unpaid

Changing your plan

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. On an upgrade, you are charged only the difference, prorated for the days remaining until next_billing_day. See the "Change plan" button in your website settings.
